NEC Completes ICT Strategic Plan Development Process

Description

The National Elections Commission has completed the development of its ICT Strategic Plan 2026-2035, a comprehensive roadmap for electoral technology modernization. The plan addresses electoral technology sovereignty, cybersecurity, infrastructure development, and the establishment of the Electoral Technology Training Academy (ETTA).

The strategic plan was developed through extensive stakeholder consultations and technical assessments, with support from the UNDP Liberia Electoral Support Project.
