NEC Liberia Enhances Digital Reporting Capacity for Assistant Magistrates in Buchanan

Day two of the Internal Review and Refresher Training for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) focal persons of the National Elections Commission of Liberia (NECㅡLiberia) got underway recently in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, with a strong focus on building digital reporting skills among Assistant Magistrates.

The session centered on practical, scenario-based learning.

Participants were guided through real-life situations drawn from the Commission’s 2026 Annual Work Plan (AWP) and were required to generate reports using designated digital tools.

These hands-on exercises are designed to improve participants’ familiarity with planned activities, deepen their understanding of AWP indicators, and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of their reporting.

The training was facilitated by the NEC’s M&E Section, with support from UNDP Liberia through the Liberia Electoral Support Project (LESP).
