About This Department
It handles formal complaints arising from elections. It receives complaints and petitions, schedules and conducts hearings, weighs the evidence, and issues rulings for the Commission. Parties who disagree with the decision can appeal it to the BoC of NEC, and the office works closely with the Legal section.
